Satori Refund Policy

At Satori, your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return items purchased from our online store.

1. Our 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging. You’ll also need the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return: Please contact us at contact@agc-intl.com. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt is recommended). We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of Mongolia. We may require photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items (Crucial for Vapes/Pouches)

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to their nature, hygiene, safety regulations, or for legal reasons:

  • Opened or Used Products: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for any vape products, nicotine pouches, e-liquids, or related consumables (e.g., pods, coils) that have been opened, used, or where the original sealed packaging has been tampered with or broken, unless the item is found to be defective by the manufacturer or upon our inspection.
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products), once opened.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items, promotional items, or gift cards, unless defective.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will then inform you whether the refund was approved or not.

  • If Approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If Denied: We will provide you with the reason for the denial (e.g., item not in original condition, item opened/used, not a manufacturing defect).

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@agc-intl.com.

6. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • For Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a defective item, damage, or an incorrect item shipped by our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For Other Returns (Non-Defective): For any other eligible return where the product is not defective, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Restocking/Processing Fee: If a return is requested for a non-defective item that has been shipped and delivered, but then refused or returned to us by the customer (e.g., for reasons other than our error or a product defect), we may deduct a [e.g., 20%] processing and restocking fee from your refund to cover operational costs and transaction fees. This also applies if an order is cancelled after it has already been dispatched.
